Leisa is the owner of Wealth Clinic company. Q - What was the moment you decided to become a coach?
A - I started my company and I didn't know that I was going to be a coach. So it didn't happen until after I started my company, which is maybe not the best way to do it. But what happened was that I was teaching classes and people would ask me if they could meet with me one to one outside of the classes, and I started doing it...Watch the video above for more information.

Q - Who are your ideal clients?
A - So I have two client bases - one is kind of similar to the situation I grew up in, which is my parents really struggled with money, they didn't know how to manage it and they made a lot of bad choices about it. So part of my client base and the book is oriented to helping those folks - scarcity mindset, that's more obvious, it's like there's not enough. But I also have a lot of folks who have plenty of money like self-made millionaires or inheritors, who have the money but they're still struggling with their relationship with it....Watch the video above for more information.

Q - What are your tips for beginner coaches?
A - I think that we need to be kind of realistic in the fact that we might go through some ups and downs. And that's normal, no problem. That doesn't mean you're a bad coach. But at the end of the day, I think the most important thing is getting in front of enough people and having a meaningful impact in those people's lives early enough so that you can start to create a feedback loop...Watch the video above for more information.
